The No Due Certificate (NDC) application enables citizens and property owners to apply for and obtain an official certificate confirming the status of outstanding dues associated with their property. The system allows applicants to submit property and applicant details along with the required documents, while municipal officials verify the information and check for pending dues across relevant municipal departments
Once the required departmental reviews are completed and the application is approved, the No Due Certificate is generated and made available to the applicant for download. Where outstanding dues are identified, the applicant is required to clear the applicable dues before the application can proceed further.
